Manager, SEC Reporting - Public Accounting

Your New Role…

The Manager, SEC Reporting will assist with planning, preparation, and review of the Company's SEC filings and compliance with SEC reporting regulations.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Assist with the planning, preparation, and review of the company's SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Registration statements, 8-K, Proxy statement, and others.
• Prepare and review disclosures in compliance with applicable US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Research and draft new disclosures related to new accounting standards or unique transactions.
• Work directly with internal and external audit to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and timely submission of requested audit documentation.
• Assist with the planning, preparation, and review of financial statements for various 401-K and pension plans.
• Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications & Experience…
• BS/BA in accounting from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• CPA required
• Financial reporting experience or external audit experience with a SEC registrant is strongly preferred
• Experience with Workiva preferred
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Embraces change driven by evolving business initiatives and maintains positivity when time-sensitive milestones shift
