The Job
As a Manager, Regional Content Marketing, you will lead all facets of marketing strategy from paid media, to social engagement, to regional and market launch activations of our iconic shows and content. As the Manager, Regional Content Marketing, you can ideate content umbrellas that both spark interest from prospective customers and delight existing ones. You keep a close eye on the content we're distributing to make sure it's meeting performance KPI's and helping to drive towards our organizational goals. You adhere to a calendar and make sure all deliverables arrive in time for execution. Your cross-functional management will be crucial as you will work with the Creative services, Social media marketing, Retention, Partner Marketing, Franchise team, Publicity and agencies to engage, listen and collaborate early on overall strategy and goals.
This job isn't just about managing a content calendar that blows KPIs through the roof. It's also about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, our shows, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.
The Daily
○ Drive campaign development from strategy, concept and execution, by managing day to day communications with external agency partners, and internal key stakeholders.
○ Partner with Social and Growth Marketing to deliver on awareness, engagement and acquisition goals and find opportunities for full-funnel collaboration
○ Inspire and brainstorm fresh creative ideas for title campaigns and activations across our owned channels, off channel, digital, OOH, experiential, stunts, and partnerships.
○ Help define objectives and success criteria for content, gathering and analyzing existing content, and identifying and implementing recommendations for improvements
○ Finding smart ways to use data and customer research to evaluate and improve our overall content marketing strategy.
○ Conduct quantitative and qualitative discovery as necessary, e.g. content audits, analyzing data, competitor information, assessing the impact of user research.
○ Working closely with stakeholders to define and create content that is accessible, understandable, actionable and engaging.
○ Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technology, and unique opportunities.
The Essentials
○ BS/BA degree required, with strong content marketing and analytical background
○ Minimum 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally with proven track-record of building world-class creative and launching campaigns for premium entertainment properties, DTC or consumer marketing company
○ Has deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home) from start to finish.
○ Experience with project management, with a proven record to drive strategic frameworks all the way through execution.
○ Familiarity with audience behaviors and successful content strategies. Capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from our content
○ Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
○ Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
○ Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
○ Self-starter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics.
○ Effective collaborator, comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
○ Must be a passionate enthusiast of entertainment and pop culture, keenly following industry trends and deeply engaged with our own content and product.
