Your New Role…

The Manager, MSP Finance & Admin role supports the Marketing Services Post (MSP) team. Marketing Services Post (MSP) provides post-production finishing services for theatrical television spots and all other AV materials as requested by internal clients, including, but not limited to Worldwide Theatrical Marketing. This role is the point person for all finance related inquiries from MSP, sits in the team staff meetings, and builds the quarterly results presentations and delivers the results to MSP leadership.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Responsible for the financial and administrative duties at Marketing Services Post, which includes: a) billing internal and external clients; b) following up on collections for Marketing Services Post (internal WB vendor); c) preparing monthly financial statements and annual forecasts; d) preparing and presenting monthly and annual P&L statements; and e); reporting pertinent financial analysis to senior management. Also responsible for the supervision of administrative duties as outlined below.
• Preparing and presenting the monthly P&L to senior management (pull reports from SAP and update schedules/tables in results presentations). Compiling the annual budget and quarterly financial forecast updates. Identifying cost savings initiatives and analyzing revenue and recommending cost benefit scenarios to help grow the business. Analyzing and forecasting capital expenditure requests.
• Billing internal and external clients: including tracking of payments (typically collections) which involves reviewing accounts receivable ledger and processing requests for payment we are sending out and reconciling internal records to SAP (general ledger) which investigating outstanding items – following up with contacts for processing payments in theatrical/Home Entertainment/HBO Max. Generating and issuing weekly campaign finishing totals report as well as communicating with MSP Producers and Servicing Finishers to ensure proper billing (monitor against forecast to share with the business).Maintaining internal rate card benchmarked against third party rates confirmed with WB Procurement
• Facilities expense management – working with building management and vendors for operating related expenses for the Marketing Services Post area (renovations/design/repairs)
• Responsible for maintaining and updating reimbursable costs (recording studios, voice over talent and SAG/AFTRA/IATSE union contributions) to be recouped by Marketing Services Post. Process and update the scheduling of voice over talent sessions and executing talent contracts (to ensure compliance with the CBA (collective bargaining agreements) and talent/agent fees). Requires knowledge of all CBAs with regards to terms for payments and scheduling and knowledge of fringe rates
• Regular analysis of theatrical marketing broadcast and online spot finishing trends for forecasting and budgeting as well as communicating this information to the greater Marketing Finance department..
• Perform monthly revenue reconciliation to support monthly accruals
• Assist Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President (MSP) with special analysis and projects as needed evaluating new business opportunities as related to current workload and staffing levels

Qualifications & Experience...
• 5-7 years accounting experience required.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Marketing-related experience preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with WB management, staff, vendors and other outside business contacts.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have the ability understand written and oral instructions.
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work efficiently with little supervision.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to manage projects effectively.
• Must be able to give clear direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting/finance principles required.
• Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation and English usage required.
• Knowledge of report, letter, and document formatting required.
• BA/BS with Accounting/Finance emphasis or equivalent experience required.
• Formal training and proven skills in SAP required (including R/3 and Business Warehouse).
• CA, CPA, MBA or CFA preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $84,700.00 - $157,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
