SUMMARY OF POSITION

Warner Bros. Consumer Products Inc. seeks a Manager, Franchise Management and Marketing for the WBCP Franchise Management and Marketing department. Under direction of the Sr. Manager, the Manager is responsible for supporting WBCP's Wizarding World franchise and associated brands (Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts), focusing on WBCP's Global Themed Entertainment (GTE) initiatives and experiences. Other properties and projects may also be assigned. Role includes the management of the licensee relationship with our third-party partners and the review of all marketing, promotional and brand submissions. The Manager will also need to establish and manage relationships with the GTE category management team to work seamlessly across projects. This also includes coordination with all other necessary internal WB departments and divisions (category, retail, sales, creative, finance, international, franchise development, etc.) to facilitate execution of all projects and materials in a professional and timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for handling and supporting the development of franchise & marketing plans and department franchise needs including developing materials and communication tools for internal and external stakeholders
• Develops and prepares marketing/promotional submission materials, as needed, to support review and approval of licensee submissions
• Liaises with third party brand stakeholders
• Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders and relevant internal and external constituents to establish a reliable and timely flow of information and submission materials, particularly WBCP teams such as the Global Themed Entertainment, Franchise Management and Marketing, including but not limited to Category, Retail, Creative, Finance, Legal, international offices, and Franchise Development
• Directly supports third party licensees enabling them to properly develop all marketing and promotional materials adhering to the Wizarding World Brand Guidelines
• Executes marketing materials against strategic direction in support of the Sr. Manager
• Provides input in the preparation of departmental budget and expenses tracking against the budget

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience
• 5+ years' work experience in a related field, themed entertainment a plus

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Four-year college degree required. Coursework emphasis in business/marketing strongly preferred

Knowledge/Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation software programs required
• Clear understanding and demonstrated working application of marketing principles required
• Strong writing and grammar skills and ability to clearly articulate point of view
• Strong understanding of licensing preferred
• Understanding of budget management
• Strong project management skills as well as task prioritization
Other Requirements
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels and cultures, in-person and virtually
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Some travel is required
• Multiple language proficiency a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Salary Range: $95,550 to $177,450 Per Year ($ USD)
