Job Description
As the FP&A Manager, you will be part of the WBD line of business domain within WBD FP&A and Data Analytics Center of Excellence (COE). This role is an integral member of the team, leading the analysis of one of the company segments individually (Networks, Studios, or DTC & Corporate) plus the consolidation of the WBD story driving the insights that support the management decision-making process. One of the key activities will be to ensure the consistency and integrity of financial reporting across the segments as well the deliverables provided on time with the maintained quality to Group FP&A. You will be responsible for building an internal network to effectively partner with our business unit finance teams as well internal COE teams to consolidate the necessary information. This role will be expected to work independently with various partners across finance to deliver thoughtful forecasts and variance analyses in their assigned areas. This role requires the candidate to be able to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and tight deadlines during critical FP&A delivery periods. A successful candidate will be able to navigate an ever changing, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and seek opportunities to drive efficient processes and challenge the status quo. It will also require the management and development of the direct team together well-understanding of the metadata structure and matrix reporting structure.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Oversee the consolidation of one of the WBD segments for key reporting time periods (monthly forecast, quarter end close, budget, long range plan if needed)
• Proactively identify , recommend, and drive improvements in existing models and processes,
• Analyze forecast information to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and develop key storylines,
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the consolidated annual budget and forecasts, including the accompanying senior management presentations, earnings materials,
• Actively work with key stakeholders, operating groups, and finance team members to improve the effectiveness of the financial planning process, assumptions, and results
• Understand WBD's Finance Systems and contribute recommendations in further stages of system design,
• Improve operational insight generation by selecting and reporting on key business drivers explaining the 'why ',
• Provide high-quality (ad-hoc) analysis to Senior Finance Leadership,
• As team member work on the consistency and alignment across the segments.
Qualifications & Experience…
• 6 + years' of demonstrated experience in a large corporate, or relevant experience in investment banking position in finance function with focus on the consolidation activities,
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
• Progressive experience and deep understanding of the business from finance perspective,
• Working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within a global environment in multinational organization
• Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data and to translate this into concrete actions,
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders,
• Competent in preparing presentation quality documents and executive summaries.
• High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation
• Experience in using ERP systems as SAP / SAP Analytics and EPM solutions such as SAP BPC, Oracle EPM/SmartView
• Strong PC fluency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are essential,
• Proactive and hands-on,

• Organized, self-motivated to deliver a quality product, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders,
