Your new role..

As the Manager Contract Management you will be in charge of the analysis and managing of complex Warner Bros. Discovery Worldwide Television Distribution Content Licensing Output and Volume Agreement criteria in accordance with contractual obligations set forth in the individual agreement by way of ensuring the product inclusion/criteria, categorization, media, territory, language and license fees are correctly setup in COSMOS.

Your Role Accountabilities:
• Review high profile product notices and one-off contracts, amendments and product notices (including product schedules) and reviews drafts of output/volume agreements prepared by Business Affairs/Legal and provides feedback on the same to direct report. • Work with other departments, such as Sales Planning, Finance, Sales Executives, Sales Administrators and Contract Administrators to ensure all contracts and associated changes to contracts are correctly and timely input into COSMOS and all associated documents are accurately prepared and sent to the Licensee.
• Provide support to Sales Administrators and Contract Administrators regarding COSMOS input based on the agreed commercial terms.
• Responsible for managing workflow of Contract Administrator(s), including reviewing Work Logs, and identifies if assistance is needed from other Contract Administrator(s) in the Department.
• Oversees direct reports review of all outstanding legal documents, TBAs, contractual options and future selection commitments have been received and processed.
• Responsible for review of revenue report for assigned territories.
• Responsible for ensuring, legal and other conflicts are resolved on a timely basis. In conjunction with Rights Administration, resolves clearance and availability issues.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Minimum 5 years prior contract management or similar experience.
• Prior Television Distribution or other Media experience, including international and/or domestic experience required.
• 1-2 years prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in established internal control environments required.
• Must have experience with handling/processing large volumes of data with excellent attention to detail, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience interacting daily with colleagues based in other countries / time zone a plus.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word & Adobe are required.
• SAP experience preferred.
