Your New Role...

The Legal Executive will be a crucial part of our Corporate Legal office in Milan. They will support the team in managing complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment with broad interaction with different functions in an international context.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Negotiating and drafting a broad range of agreements: services and supply, AdSales (general terms and conditions, product placement, special initiatives), marketing and sponsorship, confidentiality, real-estate and facilities, agency, broadcast and media operations.
• Inhouse counseling on local corporate and regulatory matters (media law related), including dealing with competent Authorities (such as, Agcom, Comitato Tv e Minori, IAP, AGCM) and drafting documents and position papers addressed to the Authorities and associations.
• Corporate secretary, including coordination of external counsels.
• Providing legal support in implementing corporate programs and compliance procedures.
• Credit recovery procedures in coordination with finance department.
• Ensuring day-to-day advice to different business units of the company including research of unique legal issues impacting the business and the organization by identifying applicable laws and advising on relevant legal risks.
• Checking on advertising and contents compliance and relevant commitments: contents and advertising compliance check, ratings and guidelines; AGCOM and ROC fulfillments etc.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Previous experience within a similar industry is preferred.
• Qualified lawyer in any European country would but a plus but isn't essential.
• Must be Fluent in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of any other European languages would be beneficial.
• Great problem solver who is used to working in a fast-paced environment.
