Lead V1, Sports (Temporary)
• Your New Role:
• Lead Video 1 Operator for remote sports broadcast show. The Video 1 Operator works closely with Director, Technical Director, Lighting Director and Camera Operators to help achieve the desired ''look'' of the studio cameras in terms of color/tone, iris/brightness, and camera matching
• Your Role Accountabilities:
• Exhibits advanced skill to assemble and create content using non-linear editing software in a fast-paced sport news environment.
• Strong editing skills, effective communication, and ability to perform well under pressure, high demand, strict timelines and/or live conditions with little supervision.
• Ensure all created content meets Turner Sports's high standards for video and audio quality.
• Must have the skill and attitude to train less experienced editors on edit workflows and software
• Integrates the use of visual elements into assignments to drive show content
• Qualifications & Experiences:
• Has in-depth background in non-linear editing in an area including Adobe (Premiere, AE, Audition, etc.) Grass Valley, Edius, etc
• Strong understanding of audio and video broadcast quality control (video scopes, audio levels, CALM Act compliance, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Video II or Video I technician for national network remote sports broadcasts
• Must demonstrate the understanding and ability to control hue, saturation, luminance, contrast, color space, color temperature, white level, and sync
• Must have a full understanding of the various video signal formats and frame rates, video processing, and monitoring for a remote production.

• Must be willing to travel from home market
