Job Description
The role of the IT Analyst is to provide support to the Enterprise Technology team globally. This consists of supporting Project managers, Application owners and Business Analysts in the day-to-day duties. Working with Enterprise Technology technical leads to assist in local hands-on application management activities, maintenance and triaging application issues and escalations

where possible. This role will also actively participate in projects that are ongoing across the international territories providing task tracking, reporting and project material preparations.

Assisting in the co-ordination of the ongoing governance projects to ensure our vendors and applications meet comprehensive internal security guidelines.

Your Role Accountabilities:
• Triage application configuration or support issues with the correct business functions and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist technical teams in vendor management to ensure various application security certificates are kept up to date and functional.
• Prepare and update project materials including PowerPoint/Excel tracking templates and Microsoft Project plans and provide project notes and actions from stakeholder calls.
• Assist in update internal application tracking systems with application details and escalating data gaps or inconsistencies predominantly across our Payroll Systems function.
• Monitoring data exchanges with external Payroll providers to ensure timely transfer of up-to-date payroll data.
• Provide technical advisory where possible to business functions in line with Enterprise Technology strategy.
• Assist in defining solutions for Payroll technology in various countries globally.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of Payroll systems and integrations across international territories for WBD.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Experience working in an IT Role within a support or analyst capacity.
• Experience dealing with external development vendors and third-party service provider
• Strong analytical and technology skills, complemented by a good understanding of corporate functions.
• Strong team player and ability to collaborate with stakeholders (including external vendors) to resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to operate successfully in a cross-cultural environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple requests.
• Experience working with HR / Payroll systems.

Not Required but preferred experience:
• Experience in a Technology Support Role providing user and customer support
• Previous experience working in PMO related role
• Previous experience as a Project Co-ordinator
