The Job

Would you like to find a payroll opportunity where you can coordinate and work on various challenging projects? Say no more, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an International Payroll Analyst for our HR department and mainly you will be responsible for vendor coordination on a global scope and doing payroll for some EMEA countries. You will be supporting the higher management in Burbank with invoice monitoring and reporting At the beginning, the main focus would be to start cooperating with our new vendor, help us with the new relationship and track invoices for accuracy, manage the communication with our vendors in case you find any errors. After the cooperation will be smooth with our new partner you will be also working on the payroll for some of our countries in our EMEA Payroll team.

The Daily
• Responsibility for accurately and timely execution of international payroll reconciliation of invoices by working closely with local payroll provider in a timely manner, with a high level of accuracy
• Point of contact for international payroll operations, employee payroll related issues, benefits and questions concerning the payroll tools and processes as well as issues relating to local authorities
• Management of data and documents as well as supporting and working closely with the VP, Global Payroll Services
• Identify opportunities and help to implement continuous improvements for procedures in the payroll
• Work closely with Legal, Finance and HR to ensure payroll compliance in all INTERNATIONAL territories
• Compiling statistics and reports on a regular basis as well as ad hoc requests as well as Year-end reporting
• Special topics and participate in special projects

The Essentials
• Experience of execution and coordination of payroll within international speaking territories
• Solid knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements related to salaries, taxes, benefits, and other payroll related matters required
• Experience in dealing with external payroll providers and Business Partners
• Maintain confidential information and has a good understanding of GDPR regulations
• Team player with ability to build relationships
• Very good English skills, both orally and in writing
• Very good user knowledge of PC applications (MS Office) and reporting systems

Nice to Haves
• Payroll certification a plus
