Job Description
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shanghai is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Infrastructure Manager to spearhead the end-to-end development, implementation, and rollout of our IT infrastructure. You will build and lead a diverse on-site team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture, while delivering clear, structured reports and communications to senior leadership to keep them aligned with project progress and strategic goals. Additionally, you will navigate initial project ambiguities, define clear objectives, and drive consistent delivery of successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and rollout of the IT infrastructure from start to finish.
• Recruit and lead a diverse team, cultivating a collaborative work environment.
• Provide regular, structured reports and effective communication to senior leaders.
• Overcome initial project ambiguities to set clear goals and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in IT infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effective with senior management and team collaborations.
• Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, maintaining organization in dynamic settings.
• Self-driven, proactive, reliable, capable of working independently.

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop a detailed project plan for IT infrastructure, monitoring costs, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, senior management, and stakeholders for seamless project tracking.
• Utilize scheduling and control tools to oversee project plans, hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables, ensuring strong personal leadership and focus.
• Lead project meetings or conference calls and ensure distribution of minutes to all team members.
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables, providing guidance to project members.
• Collaborate with support organizations and partner personnel to ensure their involvement in tasks required to deliver the project (e.g. Requirements Gathering, Technical Support, Organizational Readiness, Help Desk activities, UAT, etc.)
• Manage high-level escalations, maintain project business cases, and conduct readiness assessments for executive review.
Specific Deliverables:
• End-to-end consolidated project plan across the IT Infrastructure work streams (Network, Compute/Storage, Telephony, Tech Facility, Support, Collaboration Tools).
• Consolidated Project cost estimates.
• Consolidated Risk, Issues, and Action Items logs.
• Gather and understand requirements from third party vendors who require IT services within our facility

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Work experience in the Entertainment & Media industry desired but not essential
• Demonstrable experience of working within an international team and a multinational company.
• Demonstrable experience of working within complex projects collating multiple sources of information.
• Experience in a customer service orientated environment
• Proven track record of managing staff and teams within a global business.
• Excellent and proven communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Strong background in technical project management
• Process oriented engineer with strong execution and follow-through skills
• Minimal travel anticipated for this position
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure engineering in an enterprise network media environment – required
• Has working knowledge of recognized Project Management process groups such as Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar - preferred
• Understanding of outsourced service provider resources, managing remote teams to successfully deliver projects.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, partners, and other departments
