– Infrastructure Manager

Your Role Accountabilities
• Own the end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, engineering timelines, and facility readiness.
• Accountable for developing, maintaining, and executing integrated infrastructure project plans across all workstreams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery, proactively managing cost, schedule, quality, and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Facilities, Security, Operations, Vendors) to achieve agreed project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for infrastructure-related coordination with partners, including JJ, EPC / engineering firms, and third-party IT vendors.
• Ensure infrastructure requirements are clearly defined, documented, validated, and delivered in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
• Own and maintain consolidated project governance artifacts, including:
o Project plans and schedules
o Cost estimates and budget tracking
o Risk, issue, and action logs
o Dependency and escalation tracking
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables, taking corrective actions where needed and escalating risks appropriately.
• Chair or lead project meetings and steering discussions, ensuring clear decisions, actions, and documented minutes are distributed to stakeholders.
• Ensure all infrastructure workstreams are aligned with organizational readiness, including:
o Technical support and operational handover
o UAT coordination
o Help Desk and support model readiness
o Documentation and knowledge transfer
• Manage high-level escalations and prepare executive-level summaries, readiness assessments, and decision materials.
• Ensure third-party vendors and partners comply with project requirements, timelines, and integration standards.
• Act as a strong owner and advocate for delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.
Qualifications/Experience
• Work experience in the Entertainment & Media industry desired but not essential
• Demonstrable experience of working within an international team and a multinational company.
• Demonstrable experience of working within complex projects collating multiple sources of information.
• Experience in a customer service orientated environment
• Proven track record of managing staV and teams within a global business.
• Excellent and proven communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Strong background in technical project management
• Process oriented engineer with strong execution and follow-through skills
• Minimal travel anticipated for this position
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure engineering in an enterprise network media environment – required
• Has working knowledge of recognized Project Management process groups such as Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar - preferred
• Understanding of outsourced service provider resources, managing remote teams to successfully deliver projects.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, partners, and other departments.
Skills/Knowledge Required
Must-Have
• Solid experience in IT Infrastructure delivery across multiple workstreams (e.g. Network, Compute/Storage, Telephony, Collaboration, Technical Facilities).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk control.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Facilities, Operations).
• Ability to collaborate eVectively with external partners and vendors, including system integrators and engineering-related stakeholders.
• Experience using project planning and tracking tools to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior-level reporting.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
• Experience working in construction, facility build-out, or large-scale site deployment projects.
• Prior exposure to joint venture or multinational environments, including collaboration with Partner JJ.
• Familiarity with operational readiness activities (UAT, support transition, help desk onboarding).
• Knowledge of IT service management or governance frameworks.
• Experience managing third-party vendor requirements and multi-vendor coordination.
• Mandarin language capability.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, or infrastructure-related certifications).

Please note that this position is employed through Warner Bros. Discovery's joint venture with Jin Jiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity is Shanghai WB Jinjiang Studio Tour Co., Ltd. Successful candidates will be hired by the joint venture company and assigned to work with Warner Bros. Discovery as required for this project.
