About the Role
As an identity and access management (IAM) specialist, you will supervise IAM processes and be responsible for maintaining and implementing changes in processes. This person will work closely with the security, audit and compliance areas. It will also be responsible for verifying the validity of the granted authorizations and identifying their incorrect use.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision over processes in the area of Identity and Access Management
• Periodic access recertifications in systems from the IAM area
• Implementation of changes in rights management processes
• Participation in designing the structure of the model of authorizations to IT resources of the organization
• Supervision over the implementation of the rights management principles adopted in the organization
• Solving current problems related to IAM processes
• Management of access to IT services and resources in accordance with the adopted information security management policy
• Verification and coordination of the processes of changing access rights or their limitation
• Verification of the legitimacy of the powers granted.
• Identification of incorrectly used authorizations
• Creating, reviewing and updating the necessary documentation and instructions
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the Access Management process
• Higher education or during studies in the field of IT
• Proactive attitude
• Independence and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of processes, authorization management systems and IT security issues
• Knowledge of the main trends in the IAM area
• Analytical and interpersonal skills (working with the user)
• Ability to write scripts that simplify everyday work
• Very good organization of own work
