General Summary:This role is an integral part of the Trade Marketing team who is responsible for producing high quality and on brand creative design across the portfolio of Warner Bros. Discovery.
We are currently looking for a superstar who will report directly to the Trade Marketing Manager. This position will contribute creatively to the team and assist in creating a vast range of creative across many mediums, on time and on brief.
We are looking for a passionate, creative thinker who loves innovation and challenge. You will be a team player who has a positive, solution-driven attitude along with their ability to problem solve quickly and calmly - often under pressure. You will be able to multitask expertly while maintaining a sense of humour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been in a similar role for 3-5 years and is looking for further experience to expand their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing business and seasonal trends information and presentations.
• Contributing and developing creative concepts and solutions for Trade Marketing and customer engagement related campaigns; while also contributing to Warner Bros.Discovery Corporate brand, Three, ThreeNow, eden, Rush, HGTV, Bravo and Discovery Pay TV channels creative campaigns, brand and promotional material as required.
• Translate briefs into effective design by applying an understanding of visual storytelling, communication hierarchy + marketing objectives.
• Design and execute compelling trade marketing collateral including but not limited to: web + e-commerce updates, posters and sales presentations.
• Developing premium quality post analysis for Trade Marketing and client campaigns.
• Development of consistent collateral across sales channels.
• Designing a range of template assets and tools that are easily personalised and updated to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Create pixel-perfect digital/print-ready designs that are on-brand and meet company objectives.
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and personally responsible; completing work in a timely and consistent manner and committed to creating the best possible work.
• High attention to detail in all aspects.
• Able to take creative feedback, think critically, ask questions, continuously learn and improve.
• Resourceful and willing to try new approaches to visual problem-solving.
• Have the ability to articulate ideas and concepts to stakeholders if needed.
• Maintenance of design folders and precise file handling to ensure seamless workflow across the relevant teams.
• Carry out work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors, or the general public.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the wider creative team, marketing teams, sales teams and any other key stakeholders.
• Other duties as required.
Qualities Required:
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, composition, layout, colour, etc.).
• Knowledge of both digital + print production processes.
• Proficiency in the Creative Cloud Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• High levels of creative dexterity.
• Have exceptional and confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills + solid work ethic.
