SUMMA RY OF POSITION :

The Transformation Architect will hold a key position within the GBS Strategy team. This role will be responsible for the design of GBS functions and processes to establish and drive a multi - functional , leading - edge organization . The role is responsible for working with business stakeholders wit hin assigned functions to design and deliver GBS operating model and organization . Th e role will involve working globally with GBS leadership, WBD functional s takeholders an d other internal groups.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Target Operating Model: Partner with GBS Leadership and WBD stakeholders to de velop target operating model fo r assigned functions/process areas. Including facilitation of design wo rkshops, issue management

2. Target Organization: Partner with GBS and functional stakeholders and P&C to manage the des ign of future st ate organization for assigned functions/process areas

3. Support development of best practices, tools, and technolog ies for assign ed functions/process areas to d rive strategic transformation with in GBS

4. Develo p interaction mode ls and RACI to outline ways of working between GBS functions and retained organization 5. Work closely with other teams across GBS Strateg y and Transfor mation to effect and implement change and drive ad - hoc projects as required


Qualifications:
Work Experien ce
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with experience in a back office support function , consulting/ s trategy or BPO / shared services organization
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large scale, high visibility business process or organization al transformation
• Experience managing projects/teams across multiple global locations
• Experience developing and faci li tating works hops
• Experience driving change management, process improvement and operati ng model design
• Successful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions
• In ternational ex perience required Education, Professional Training, Techni cal Training or Certification
• B achelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Technology, Human Resources) required
• MBA preferred

• Strong planning, organization, a nd analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizationa l skills
