Job Description
As the FP&A OPEX Global Expertise and Reporting Manager, you will support OPEX CoE area which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the financial.

Your main responsibilities are global reporting and analysis, standardization , governance and process improvements in the OPEX area. You will deploy world class end to end financial processes within the managed domain and ensure alignment with other FP&A teams and business partners.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Supporting Data governance through hierarchy maintenance and clean-up of departments, accounts and projects
• Preparing and updating global spend decks for various stakeholders
• Building and maintaining database of WBD Opex contractual/non-contractual information,
• Providing analytics on spend efficiency (ie. Run-rates, committed-uncommitted costs)
• Driving standardization with COE OPEX organization (Budget holder trackers, processes and tools)
• Supporting the FP&A team in performing ad hoc tasks & analysis that require global data consolidation
• Summarizing key findings and providing performance insights through accurate, timely and relevant reporting to support discussions / decision making
• Maintaining and improving the processes supporting financial planning and analysis activities
• Supporting Global FP&A in monthly Forecast by collection of forecast data and KPIs
• Partner with Finance Executives to provide regular updates with analysis of their actual spend and budget utilization,
• Continuously improve reporting capabilities by working closely with Data&Analytics and IT teams
• Drive implementation of automated self-service reporting tools for finance teams and budget holders to reduce manual workload and ad-hoc requests,
• Collaborate with Accounting and Transactional Finance teams to improve financial processes related to managed OPEX area
• Raising queries to other FP&A teams to have full understanding of business drivers behind variances in Month-End-Close and Forecast ​
• Support system changes in the regions
• Supervising the team of analysts, ensuring all deliverables are prepared on time with best quality ​
• Managing the team's growth and development

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Project management, change management and process improvement experience
• Excellent analytical skills – high attention to details and financials reconciliation
• Strong IT affinity to drive required digital agenda in FP&A
• Very strong technical skills: MS Excel skills (incl. Power Pivot, Power Query, VBA), SQL knowledge, Sharepoint, programming
• Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlick View) knowledge & experience
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment
• Experience in managing team (recruitment, coaching, competencies development)
• Fluent in English
