Flight Operations Scheduler (hybrid - Knoxville, TN)

The Job

This role reports to Manager of Flight Operations and will schedule all corporate aircraft flights as directed by the Manager.
*Please note that this position will be based out of Knoxville, TN in a hybrid work model.

The Daily
• Responsible for coordination of all corporate aircraft flights including flight following
• Ensure all flight requests meet the Corporate Aircraft Policy
• Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules working with Flight Operations Managers
• Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may impact flights
• Maintain an attitude of total customer service, anticipating the needs and exceeding travelers' expectations including customized flight itineraries
• Communicate effectively with other crew members to ensure seamless trip execution (pilots, flight attendants, maintenance managers)
• Coordinate crew hotels, transportation, aircraft handling, fuel, over-flight permits and customs
• Work with Maintenance Managers to schedule aircraft for routine/non-routine aircraft maintenance
• Maintain Flight Operations' records including aircraft & crew utilization reports, and aircraft flight logs
• Assist with the control of operating expenses as an integral part of scheduling
• All other tasks as assigned

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 2 to 5 years of applicable work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detailed oriented, superb organizational skills, and able to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service
