Job Summary
• This position provides support for the APAC CFO and the DTC CFO organizations including segment finance teams, supporting consolidated financial reporting across all business units within the International and Global DTC segments. This role provides support for regional finance on reporting & consolidation, coordination of calendars and deliverables, financial analysis, data management, operational review reporting and issue triage. The role supports preparation and review of APAC and DTC International consolidated operating results and financial reporting packages, flash reporting, content cashflow reporting, revenue trend reporting, and ad hoc analysis as required

Job Responsibilities
• Lead the APAC Consolidation of the reporting for Studios, Networks and DTC for APAC CFO
• Manage the consolidation of separate streams of APAC reporting for Networks and International DTC to produce timely and accurate financial results including variance analysis, and communication of actual to forecast results to APAC Finance Team.
• Manage the local APAC monthly calendar for Networks and DTC for month end and forecasts
• Lead and manage the content cashflow submissions for APAC Networks and DTC
• Prepare value-added ad hoc financial reports and analysis as appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between segment finance, corporate finance, shared services Accounting and GBS teams, specifically related to the monthly close process. Ensure issues are resolved, and business matters are communicated, on a timely basis.
• Assist in the preparation and ongoing development of other recurring and adhoc reporting schedules.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and reporting changes required by the organization. Propose changes to the reporting as appropriate to maintain the relevance of the information presented.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA or MBA or graduate degree in related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with key accounting principles and concepts, financial analysis and reporting. Experience with SAP and Hyperion is a plus
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills; effective communicator; ability to influence others.
• Active communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and across multiple locations.
