Job Description
Your New Role...
This role will be responsible for publishing and maintaining an accurate EPG schedule, writing synopsis and sourcing images, for publication across multiple platforms such as Online, EPG and Print media for WBD Sports range of channels and offerings across the UK and European market.
It involves liaising with, Programming, Sport and Marketing Teams as well as external and internal providers to ensure an accurate and attractive presentation of our Sport offering across Online, EPG and Print Media.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Preparing synopsis on a monthly and weekly basis for WBD's varied sport offerings, ensuring these are accurate and error free for publication.
• Source and deliver accurate and compliant imagery to be published across our platforms and in conjunction with the synopsis.
• Publish and maintain the EPG data with the latest and accurate information.
• Being reactive to changes in programme content, duration and versions, adjusting the EPG schedules accordingly.
• Creation of Pay Per View events, ensuring the correct price points, encryption restriction and sales windows.
• Monitor live PPV events ensuring parameters are correct and data updated.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of new software development, upgrades and workflows as required by the Management Team.

Qualifications & Experiences...
• Good working knowledge of the Pawa system or equivalent EPG/ Planning system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Great understanding and passion for sport & live broadcast is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of TV and scheduling processes.
• Knowledge of OfCom broadcasting codes and an understanding of other European Regulatory bodies such as CSA and BLM is preferable.
