Job Description
The JobWe're the Employer Branding team, and it's our role to bring the Warner Bros. Discovery employer brand to life. At our core, we are storytellers, we capture and amplify the stories that build true connection and authentically showcase the WBD culture. We have an intimate and always current understanding of the WBD businesses, and all that makes them unique and interesting. We leverage data and insights to deeply understand our target audiences and how to build authentic connections with them. We bring value to the organization and to our candidate communities, through thoughtful & impact driving initiatives and content.
The Daily
• Partner with function head and business leadership teams to:
• Determine organizational priorities
• Define EB strategy & roadmap
• Determine key strategic partnerships & investments (Internal & External)
• Define and evolve brand personality & voice
• Plan and manage EB Budget
• Work with EB communications lead to establish a consistent messaging and visual presence
• Define and implement processes to automate and democratize lower impact initiatives
• Work with data lead to define and implement performance & engagement analytics
• Partner with People & Culture on the launch and implementation of the new WBD EVP
• Effectively lead and develop the existing Employer Branding Team
• Establish team goals and priorities
• Facilitate ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously evolve our employer brand.
The Essentials
• Proven success in an employer branding or recruitment marketing leadership role
• Ability to define and communicate a clear, strategic vision
• Able to build connections through compelling storytelling
• Success driving business impact through employer branding
• Experience in using data to tell compelling stories and securing buy-in.
• Extensive experience in the tech, gaming or media industries
• Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/marketing initiatives.
• Established relationships with potential employer branding partners, eg. Platforms or branding organizations.
• Ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success in building /strengthening a company's employer branding proposition.
• Strong interpersonal skills, the gravitas to work effectively with a range of internal clients and partners of varying levels of seniority.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, while remaining composed, thorough and detail orientated.
• Resourceful –able to think creatively and cost effectively.
• Excellent research skills- always on top of industry changes and trends.
• The ability to be agile and pivot at short notice.
• Proactive, able to spot future trends and position WBD to capitalize on these.
• Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, creative and able to think and learn quickly.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
