Job Description
Serves as day-to-day business affairs executive on behalf of Warner Bros. TV production entities. Negotiates actors, writer, producer, director, and a variety of licensee deals, all in connection with the production of various television series. Also, interacts with various internal executives, producers, agents, lawyers and/or managers.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Negotiates actor, writer, producer, director, and licensee deals, as well as development deals of all types with agents, entertainment attorneys, and outlet/buyer counterparts.
• Serves as day-to-day business affairs executive on behalf of various Warner Bros. production entities during the development and production process, with such television series ranging across a variety of licensee platforms.
• Prepares and distributes deal memos, agreements, amendments and short form contracts, as well as maintain department policy documents and updating actor templates.
• Provides regular status updates with respect to deals, both to internal groups as well as talent/producers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…

Work Experience
• Minimum of 2 years entertainment experience as a manager/attorney, preferably at a studio.
• Television Business Affairs experience strongly preferred.
• Law firm experience a plus

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• JD required

Knowledge/Skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Word required.
• Knowledge of report and letter format.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Other Requirements
• Ability to communicate on all levels in a collaborative environment.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
