The New Role…
The Senior Designer will play a key role on the CSSU Creative Team, supporting the design and visual development of the TNT Sports streaming app. Reporting to the Art Director, this individual will help shape, execute, and maintain the visual integrity of all app-related graphics, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual design skills, a deep understanding of digital and app-based design, and hands-on production experience. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the TNT Sports App organization - including product, production, and technical teams - to deliver high-quality, visually compelling solutions that reflect both the TNT Sports brand and audience expectations.
A successful candidate will stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, applying that knowledge to create innovative, deployable design solutions that enhance the user journey and strengthen brand identity.
The Senior Designer must adhere to organizational policies and be available to work onsite at least three days per week.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Execute High-Level Design Concepts: Transform creative direction from the Art Director into polished visual designs across UI, motion, and marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Own Design Projects from Start to Finish: Lead individual design assignments, managing timelines, deliverables, and revisions while ensuring high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product designers, developers, marketing, and content teams to bring design solutions to life.
Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Help build and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries that support app growth and enhance production efficiency.
Contribute Creative Problem Solving: Proactively bring design ideas and visual solutions to the table, using industry trends, user insight, and creative experimentation to push work forward.
Qualifications & Experience…
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of professional design experience with at least 5 years in digital products or streaming apps.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and similar applications.
Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate design decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative audiences.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability, with the ability to balance big-picture vision and day-to-day execution under tight deadlines.
Background in UX/UI design systems, with an understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
