The New Role…
The Digital Video Producer role is a creative professional who manages , creates, and delivers high-impact video assets to our new TNT Sports App . This trained individual will work directly with a variety of TNT Sports producers, to ensure all quality video content is published to the new Sports App. The Producer must show excellent editorial judgment, along with strong creative production skills . It is an essential function of this position to work regularly from our company's office.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Manage video production for the new Sports App.
• Conceptualize and Create new preview video content.
• Publish final, polished video and audio assets. This includes adding graphics and effects, adjusting sound, and incorporating captions to maximize viewership.
• Collaborate with multiple TNT Sports teams to manage daily publishing timelines and ensure high-quality output.
• Keep up-to-date with current sports moments, particularly within the relevant niche, to understand what content will resonate with the audience.
• Position will require nights and weekend availability.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Passion for and knowledge of relevant sports, teams, and athletes.
• 5+ years of sports video production/editing experience
• Attention to detail, must have a keen eye for visual and audio quality to ensure all content is polished and on-brand.
• Excellent management abilities to handle shifting video priorities and multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of digital media platforms, and SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and engagement.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro for editing and After Effects for motion graphics.
