Your New Role...

To assist Head of Development and Development Manager in creating program ideas and managing sales materials such as graphic presentations, and, to produce high quality analysis of the market trends.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Creation and development of formats:
• Management of development projects including the creation of original concepts, the development of existing ideas into formats, and the adaptation of foreign formats
• Editorial and graphic design of presentation folders and other sales material
• Participation in creative brainstorms
• Ratings, reporting and research:
• Follow-up of the company's programs' ratings, realization of reports and punctual ratings analysis
• Analysis of existing formats and writing or supervising the writing of viewing notes
• Research on market trends (new formats, etc.) and social trends
• Conducting ad hoc research to feed the developments

Qualifications & Experience...
• A first experience in development/creation of non-scripted programs within a tv production company
• Rigorous
• Creative and with a strong team spirit
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to supply accurate and reliable research
• Profound outstanding writing skills
• Create stunning presentation decks (PowerPoint or Keynote): skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, imovie…
• Very good level in English and French
