We are looking for a IT Technician with knowledge in system administration and Windows environments to join our team.
The ideal profile would be someone who will provide technical support both on-site and remotely, administer Windows operating systems, manage networks, and handle user management in Active Directory, as well as enabling various services.

Your role accountabilities...
• Provide technical support on-site and remotely to users.
• Layout and deployment ensuring stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 10/11, MAC, and end-user applications.
• Manage and maintain printers and other peripheral devices.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding (AD, M365, BOX, OKTA).
• Manage/Create Audition Databases (Short Audition).
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software, ensuring it is up-to-date, controlled, and in good condition.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software.
• Document and update procedures and technical solutions.

Qualification & Experience...
• Previous experience in similar technical support roles is highly valued, especially if you have knowledge in system administration.
• Advanced knowledge of the Windows operating system and its applications.
• Experience in Active Directory administration.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose hardware and software failures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
• Availability to travel and provide support at different locations, if needed (TV studies).
• For better understanding of the environment, knowledge of other Microsoft technologies (Hyper-V, GPO, DNS, DHCP, FS), security (OKTA), collaboration, workflow, and cloud content management (BOX, SharePoint, OneDrive) is a plus.
• English – B2 level.
