Job Description
Your Role Accountabilities:
Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide career guidance, performance feedback, and foster a culture of learning
and collaboration.
• Track, report and enhance the product delivery for India base managed capacity
vendors.
MS Dev Ops & Performance Tracking
• Provide strategic oversight for the operational health, reliability, and performance
of all apps within their portfolio
• Lead efforts to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues
across the application landscape.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless
application support, compliance, and successful launches.
Dev/Enhance/Support of Cloud-Based Serverless Applications
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new applications to meet
evolving business needs. Including partnering with external vendors who may develop
rapid prototypes.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define
requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure new applications are built with scalability, security, and operational
excellence in mind.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application operations and development,
supporting business users and technical teams.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
• Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to enhance operational
effectiveness.
• Analyze operational metrics and user feedback to recommend and implement
enhancements.

Qualifications & Experiences:
Required
• 7 + years of experience delivering and supporting business applications, with at
least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform in an enterprise
environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team of application developers,
including setting priorities, providing technical direction, and ensuring consistent
delivery.
• Strong hands ‑ on background with Power Apps (Canvas apps required;
Model ‑ driven apps a plus) and Power Automate, with the ability to review, guide, and
improve team output.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform data sources such as Dataverse and
SharePoint, and how they support scalable, governed solutions.
• Experience overseeing application performance, reliability, and operational
health, including monitoring usage, errors, and automation failures.
• Solid working knowledge of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management
(ALM), including solution governance, environment strategy, and release management.
• Strong analytical and decision ‑ making skills, with the ability to assess risks,
identify improvement opportunities, and balance speed with quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
translate business needs into clear technical direction.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, business, and vendor teams to
deliver supported, production ‑ ready solutions.
Preferred
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer
Associate or higher).
• Experience defining and enforcing Power Platform standards, governance
models, security roles, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Experience integrating Power Apps solutions with external systems or APIs,
including oversight of custom connectors.
• Experience leading teams in agile delivery environments, including planning,
backlog management, and cross ‑ team coordination.
• Background supporting applications within media, entertainment, or technology
organizations.
• Advanced experience assessing portfolio ‑ level application usage, performance
trends, technical debt, and operational risk across Power Platform solutions
Shift Time:
11:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Flexible). There will be rotations in the shift.
