Job Description
Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a Self-Service Content Specialist based in Budapest, Hungary, to publish and perform quality assurance (QA) of worldwide customer-facing content. This content specialist will also edit, prepare, and craft content for global launch efforts within the Warner Bros. Discovery organization, as needed .
This role collaborates with a global team across all timezones , and the Content Specialist will need written fluency in French, German, and English in order to perform QA duties for localized text. You should have experience and knowledge of best practices in localization. As a self-service content specialist with a focus on a global audience, you're comfortable with technology, apps, and fixing problems. Your attention to detail is impeccable .
Your Role Accountabilities
• Collaborate with a focused and fast-paced global team to prepare, QA, and publish support that answers common customer questions and solves customer problems.
• Must work business hours in Budapest, Hungary, with an ability to work flex hours during critical launch activities.
• As needed, refine, edit, and write messaging (across knowledge articles and conversational solutions) that supports new devices, software updates, promotions, partnerships, shows/movies, and more.
• Partner with our Customer Experience pillars to understand common support issues.

Qualifications and Experiences
• Over 3 years of experience writing support content for a consumer product (ideally, software)
• Written fluency in French, German, and English
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Experience in localization and QA
• Able to maintain a complex, global content management system
• Experience writing, designing, or managing conversational solutions, including chatbots and conversational AI
• A self-starter and creative problem solver, with the ability to prepare, QA, and publish content quickly
• Passionate about building and cultivating a best-in-class customer experience
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills (written and oral)
• Openness and enthusiasm in learning and applying new technologies to optimize customer-facing content
• Possess an empathetic, customer-first point of view
• Flexible and quick-to-pivot when business needs change
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to work autonomously with direction and mentorship
• Relentlessly positive, with a 'can't be stopped' attitude
• An appreciation for media and pop culture
