Job Description
As a CRM Global Developer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing our CRM communication systems for Max and discovery+ within our global operations department. You will work closely with other developers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance messaging solutions-including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your contributions will help ensure robust, scalable, and effective communication channels that support our global customer engagement strategies.
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work according to established priorities and timelines to meet project goals.
• Suggest and implement the best technical solutions for CRM communication needs.
• Code emails and in-app communications using HTML, ensuring alignment with the latest designs.
• Develop and optimize personalization options across all CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging).
• Work on connected content calls to ensure dynamic and personalized content delivery.
• Enhance system capabilities by pulling additional information from APIs to improve CRM channel functionality.
• Collaborate with the MarTech team to refine data points, tracking options, and integrations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in CRM platforms to ensure cutting-edge implementations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of experience in CRM operations with enterprise-level ESP and/or marketing automation tools, with a strong preference for experience with Braze
• Experience managing projects through Asana, JIRA, Monday.com, or a similar platform
• Proficiency in coding languages (HTML, Liquid), content blocks, and API integrations
• Experience working with Confluence pages and GitHub for documentation and version control
• Optional: Experience with Nifty and Liveclicker platforms
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
