Corporation Tax Compliance Manager - FTC 12 Months

Your New Role...

WBD has a co-sourcing arrangement with EY, so as well as working alongside the WBD tax team, the role will involve working with the EY co-source tax team in the UK and India, as well as liaising with the WBD finance teams in both the UK and Poland. This position is a 12 months FTC.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Review of current and deferred tax provisions for c50 UK statutory accounts;
• Ownership of the UK compliance cycle, including initial review of c50 of UK corporation tax computations;
• Monitoring and review of European tax corporation compliance requirements, including review of financial statements and tax returns and checking tax payments;
• US GAAP quarterly/year end accounting/tax forecasts, including review of forecasts prepared by the finance teams to confirm quarterly ETR/actual tax charges at year end, preparing SOX 404 reports/variance analysis and responding to US or audit queries;
• Other tasks, including, but not limited to, supporting Senior Accounting Officer requirements, corporate compliance requirements, HMRC's Business Tax Risk Reviews and other group compliance and reporting issues such as group relief and loss relief, payments on account, group forecasting, monthly cash reporting, WHT and corporate interest restriction calculations.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Some years of experience within both an accounting firm and in house is prefered.

Industry experience preferred but not essential.

Strong tax accounting knowledge required.

Good excel skills.
