Billing Analyst Jr. (Temporary)

Temporary Contract

The Job
Billing Analyst will be responsible for making the log Spot reconciliations for Ad Sales, as well as process invoice adjustments received through the System. The position will be also handling internal customer requests/replying to inquiries. Distribution of invoices to the Agencies via email. Among the daily responsibilities, WB billing needs to be handled as well by the Billing Analyst.

The Daily

• Processing invoice adjustments
• WB Billing
• Invoice Distribution

The Essentials
• 1 year of experience in Finance Processes (Billing, AR, Cash App or similar processes), similar role. This experience should contemplate working with a Team (not individual job).
• Student or graduated (Degree in Economics or Administration, Public Accountant, or similar).
• Advance level of English

The Nice to Haves
• Teamwork skills and collaboration
• Experience in Multinational Companies
