The New Role…
The Associate Project Manager role works with the Manager in overseeing the production of all post produced content and graphics for the TNT Sports App.  This position is responsible for working with creative leadership to determine content needs, then overseeing production of all content assets for the app. The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for building, and adhering to timelines, facilitating creative brainstorms and discussions, booking resources, obtaining approvals, communicating necessary changes, trafficking, and delivering final creative all while keeping everyone touching the project informed.  The APM will also oversee the Project Coordinator who will be facilitating the production of all design assets. In addition to handling day-to-day project execution, the Associate Project Manager role is also responsible for some people / project oversight, team planning and oversight of larger projects and initiatives.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Project management for content and design within the TNT Sports App.
• Liaison between various groups to determine VOD content and graphic needs for the app . Once needs have been determined, work with producers and designers t o facilitate production of needed assets.
• Manage projects from start-to-end by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and milestones, managing schedules, leading communication, providing status updates, and delivering final assets.
• Main contact for producers to communicate the daily business/project status, as well as the monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables to ensure project deadlines are on target.
• Work closely with the App team to deliver creative to specs and with necessary accompanying metadata and caption files .
• Manage the Project Coordinator who will be facilitating the production of all design assets.
• Maintain trackers and archives for all content assets.

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years operational, production, project management experience.
• Ability to oversee and train other team members on day-to-day projects.
• Strong organizational, communication and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to prioritize on the fly.
• Flexibility to work unconventional hours .

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,040.00 - $100,360.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
