Job Description
The Assistant Manager of Media Solutions team plays an important role in driving the content ideation and strategy for clients seeing projects through from initial brief to delivery of final reports. Their role encompasses both pitching and successful delivery of branded content campaigns/ sponsorships/ events for Warner Bros. Discovery's (WBD) advertising clients across the Multi-platform WBD network. This role will be a regional role, and will be expected to work closely with the ad-sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.

The role is responsible for the following:
• Develop and deliver Proactive and Reactive Creative solutions with a focus on Digital / Social first solutions servicing SEA & PH markets across the Warner Bros. Discovery suite of Brands and Franchises. Focus brands are Discovery, TLC, Asian Food Network, HGTV, Cartoon Network, Warner TV, Boomerang and DC Asia
• Manage the commercial creative process from concept to delivery for the Adsales and Partnerships teams
• Strategy, Analysis, and implementation for client-integrated social media/ digital outreach
• Collaborate with all relevant areas of the organization and be the Internal liaison with All functions for Approvals and Delivery as well as External liaison with clients for Approvals
• Be the custodian of Timelines and budgets pre-pitch and through delivery, keeping the project on schedule and on budget
• Track and report on performance for projects and communicate pro-actively with Sales teams and Clients on project status where applicable

Areas of Responsibility

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. PITCH SUPPORT (40%)
• Develop Solutions for ad-sales clients, both reactively and proactively especially focused on Social and Digital first solutions
• Copywriting for Basic Scripts, Captions and Storyboards to support Pitches
• Collaborate with all key lines of business (e.g. Marketing, Franchise, Consumer products, Programming, Creative Services, OTT, Theatrical etc.) in order to provide the best possible creative solutions that are on brand
• Develop Social media strategies and audience recommendations to deliver optimized, hyper-targeted audiences for client campaigns
• Utilize latest research data and broader external trends to justify recommended strategy and tactics
• Provide campaign pitch presentation decks and mock-ups for campaign pitches

2. CAMPAIGN DELIVERY & EXECUTION (30%)
• Be the central point of contact to manage Client approvals
• Manage external vendors and internal LOB's in a way that we operate within cost of sales and timelines per project
• Implement and manage Social and other formats of campaign amplification where appropriate, including creative execution, budget and copy writing
• Have a strong understanding of Brand and Brand Assurance across each brand and franchise to ensure solutions are on brand
• Optimization of social media/digital campaign ensuring campaign KPIs are achieved

3. CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS (20%)
• Take ownership of ROI and Impact measurement for projects on all platforms.
• Provide post campaign analysis and feedback for both client and Ad Sales teams

4. COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP (10%)
• Act as the main point of contact for all production expertise. Working closely with Original Production teams on strategic and sellable formats for ad-sales.
• Act as the leading expert within the ad-sales team on all things media production.
• Guarantee a high quality of creative and production, maintaining consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team .

Job Requirements / Skills

Essential
• 4 years work experience in advertising/ creative/ media agency2.
• General knowledge of sales process and dependencies
• Experience in Writing and developing creative concepts
• Experience in Regional business – working with multiple markets
• Ability to Manage external vendors
• Broad knowledge and experience in Web development
• Above average skills in in platform specific experience such as Facebook business manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Ad Manager
• Ability to Stay calm under pressure

Desirable
• Experience in Advertising sales
• Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Basic film editing for short clips
