Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Analyst to join our social media streaming & premium channels team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of social media platforms and tools, be a heavy user of social media and be able to come up with creative strategies for different platforms and formats. A deep passion for movies and series, along with a keen eye for emerging trends, is essential. The successful candidate needs to have a combination of strategic, analytic and creative knowledge.
Your role accountabilities:
• Collaborate with a cross-regional strategy team to elaborate editorial calendars for different social media channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Editorial & Content teams to ideate, develop, execute campaigns and upload original content ideas for social platforms.
• Brief creatives teams in a clear and cohesive way, to produce content that follows the main social media strategy.
• Review and approve content with different stakeholders inside the company, making sure that we follow macro guidelines and strategies.
• Bring fresh new ideas, approaches and insights to the team.
• Keep track of performance and analyze metrics reports.
• Perform Social Media Listening tasks to inform the track conversation and trends.
• Stay attuned to industry trends, especially in the realm of movies, series, and emerging cultural shifts, to incorporate relevant elements into creative work.
• Leading social activations with talents and influencers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Advanced English
• Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst, in an in-house team or advertising agency environment.
• Experience in covering large-scale events
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products to create presentations;
• Ability to use analytics tools to track performance on social media
• In-depth knowledge of social media formats, languages and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of current trends in pop culture, technology, and advertising.
• In-depth knowledge of social media formats, languages and best practices
