Global Card and T&E Expenses Analyst
Role Purpose
Execute end-to-end Travel & Expense and Corporate Card processes ensuring accurate transaction processing, policy compliance, and timely delivery aligned with SLAs.
Support the administration of global corporate card programs, cardholder lifecycle activities, expense compliance reviews, reporting, employee support, and relationship management with card providers such as American Express.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer corporate card programs and cardholder accounts.
• Support card issuance, replacement, cancellation, and maintenance activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to card transactions, statements, duplicate cards, and system issues.
• Execute card program administration activities with banking and card providers.
• Prepare and maintain card-related reports and metrics.
• Support file generation and uploads required for card settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor compliance with T&E policies and identify unusual or non-compliant transactions.
• Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders for card account changes related to employee lifecycle events.
• Support Concur and card system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Process expense reports and corporate card transactions in Concur/SAP accurately and timely
• Validate receipts, policy compliance, and coding of expenses
• Execute reimbursements and card reconciliations
• Identify and escalate exceptions or policy violations
• Maintain proper audit documentation and evidence
• Meet individual SLAs and productivity targets
• Support audit requests and compliance checks
• Collaborate with employees and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Flag inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• First time right processing rate

• Audit findings (zero critical issues)

Skills & Experience
• Basic P2P / T&E process knowledge
• Experience with SAP / Concur / ERP tools
• Attention to detail and compliance mindset
• Basic analytical skills
• Communication and customer service skills
• Corporate card administration experience
• Concur expense management knowledge
• Understanding of card provider platforms (e.g., American Express)
• Reporting and data analysis skills
• Customer support and stakeholder management skills
