The Job:

The Analyst, Partner Services is part of a team that is responsible for the communications and administration of our robust and legendary title library across digital transactional platforms worldwide to meet and exceed the company's goals and objectives. The Partner Services team proactively executes the distribution business plans for Warner Bros, HBO, Turner and Discovery content in our rich catalog. The Analyst's role will be to help to execute key tasks supporting internal and client-facing processes involving the clear and timely communications of license agreements by title / channel to digital platforms inclusive of rights and pricing.

The Daily:
• Organize, collate and communicate worldwide digital product availabilities via client / customer facing communications, business tools and systems such as Salesforce, customer portal and other applications.Help to ensure and advocate for compliance against industry standards. Distribute monthly and ad hoc avails communications.
• Administer digital accounts in our primary business systems inclusive of capabilities, announcement preferences and price codes.Maintain distribution lists and oversee survey projects via email regarding regular communications practices, opt ins and opt outs, and data integrity.
• Upload avails documents to client avails portals and help troubleshoot errors or traffic for resolution. Respond to ad-hoc requests from clients to verify avails information. Monitor system-to-system feeds and take corrective action/initiate work-arounds as needed.
• Participate in special projects such as client onboarding and system set up, gap fill analysis and backfill.Support WB2B account set up activities.
• Provide input to the expansion of business systems footprint – local client onboard, additional distribution models. Provide suggestions for continuous improvement and efficiencies in systems and processes.
• Build relationships and facilitate communication with various global cross-functional teams including International Territories, Sales, Technical Operations, Accounting, Brand & Trade Marketing, Legal, and Global Partners.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years business experience preferably in content, licensing, or entertainment at a studio or content provider, retailer, or other digital media company.
• Understanding of and interest in content operations, metadata and asset management and licensing and use of business applications ideal.
• Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Content management experience with a passion for WBD's Intellectual Property.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention-to-detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Desire to positively influence corporate culture.
• Computer Skills: Outstanding Excel skills required. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency required.
• Experience with Salesforce-based applications or other content management tools / vendors ideal
• Must have excellent organizational skills with strong follow through.
• Knowledge of streaming platforms, digital content distribution models and operations and licensing concepts ideal
• Applicant must be comfortable learning and adapting to new software functionality, as our systems change over time.
• Strong oral/written communication and listening skills and ability to multi-task and shift priorities per business needs.
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
• Knowledge and passion for the entertainment industry.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, business, or technical discipline

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Salary Details
Salary Range: $62,797 to $116,624 Per Year ($ USD)
