Your New Role…
The Financial Analyst role will support WBD LATAM content programming operations. This position will be responsible for the preparation of accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting including ad hoc analysis and monthly forecast reporting to operations to aid in business decisions.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential as well as strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate-advance) and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Experience in financial modelling.
• Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data under strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to build confidence and trust based long term relationships with department members and external business partners.
• Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment.
• Proactive, Results oriented, and deadline driven.

Qualifications & Experience…
• 1-2 years in accounting, finance, operations or other relevant analytic business experience.
• Bachelor's degree or advance student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.
• Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, and PeopleSoft are a plus.
• Experience in Entertainment industry is a plus.
• Experience in Shared Services Centers is preferred.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual forecast process for capex /cash investment and content amortization expense. Review all contracts and amendments for budget and rights information. Demonstrate and maintain high standards of accountability to deliver superior quality financial information on timely basis to Content FP&A.
• Reconcile actuals vs prior forecast/budget/prior year and provide variance explanations. Conduct Ad Hoc analysis as needed. Participate in assigned meetings such as, but not limited to: Monthly Forecasting / Actuals vs. Forecast variances review / Cash Flow / Programming Financials Review.
• Support development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate analysis. Seek for constant process and routines improvements in the duties and task under its scope.
