Job Description
Due to the dynamic growth of the Data & AI Engineering team, we are looking for an AI Innovation Specialist.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Designing and implementing GenAI solutions in business areas
• Supporting non-technical teams in building predictive and generative models
• Developing and automating MLOps processes (pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring)
• Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify AI applications
• Participating in proof-of-concept and pilot projects
• Ensuring solutions comply with regulations (AI Act, GDPR) and best ethical practices
Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience in building agent-based systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot tools
• Experience in developing solutions using LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Airflow)
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools (pandas, NumPy, SQL)
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Practice working with large-scale data
• Experience with cloud (AWS), containerization (Docker)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills – ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
• English proficiency for working with documentation and international projects

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
