Job Description
As Agile Product Manager you will own the full product lifecycle of custom-built applications – primarily web-based, but also mobile – that power Warner Bros. Discovery's internal operations. You translate business needs into visionary, user-centric digital solutions and work closely with external developers to bring them to life.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points, translate them into product visions, define functional designs and work together with external development partners to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of selected enterprise web and mobile applications : discover, ideate, design, manage delivery and DevOps support of cutting-edge Enterprise solutions .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points, collect feedback and validate proposed solutions
• Translate business needs into well-structured functional specifications, user stories and product roadmaps
• Create wireframes or collaborate on design using Figma (or similar tools)
• Orchestrate agile delivery across internal teams and external developers to ensure timely , high-quality releases
• Oversee release planning, UAT, roll-out and post-launch support processes
• Maintain product documentation, drive user adoption and coordinate ongoing enhancements
• Manage product status , budget and health – report accurate and concise proje ct status, remove blockers , and communicate benefits effectively
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to completing resolution through creative and analytical thinking.
• Integrate leading-edge AI/ML capabilities into product features where it creates business value
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles in product design (AWS preferred)
• Ensure that applications meet compliance, security and performance requirements
• Work closely with Architecture and Information Security teams to ensure best practices

Qualifications & Experience…
• BS, MS in either a Technical or Business discipline or a closely related field preferred
• Proven experience in digital product management (web/mobile) with Agile, UX, or Design Thinking certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Skilled in translating user needs into technical solutions; strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture (especially AWS)
• Familiar with CI/CD, version control, release and environment management
• Solid understanding of AI/ML applications, Figma or similar tools, and SaaS platforms like Asana or Monday.com
• Experience in frontend design and development, strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong relationship building and attention to detail skills
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
