Position: Programmatic Specialist
Location: Pune
Department: Programmatic & Data Team

Key Responsibilities
• Lead SSP, ad server, and programmatic integrations, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Troubleshoot oRTB deal performance, ad-serving issues, and VAST errors.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and trafficking teams to optimize integrations.
• Use debugging tools like Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and browser dev tools for troubleshooting.
• Document integration processes, create best practices, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
• 4+ years in ad-tech integrations, programmatic advertising, or ad operations.
• Experience with FreeWheel, SSPs, DSPs, and ad server configurations.
• Strong understanding of oRTB, VAST/VPAID, API integrations, and data flow.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools and troubleshooting ad-serving issues.
Preferred:
• Experience in streaming/OTT advertising.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on programmatic operations.
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Xandr, or similar ad platforms.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and XML debugging.
