Job Summary/Description:

The Executive Producer of Content Development will manage the day-to-day logistics associated with Peachtree TV Original programming. This role will be very hands-on in the production process and will sometimes require off-site and weekend work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, coaching third-party producers on broadcast TV standards and practices, quality control of shows, internal logistics to ensure shows are ready for air, production budget development and review, project management, concept ideation, shooting, editing, design concept generation, supervising generation of marketing materials, vendor, talent and client relations, and other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Working with internal and 3rd party producers to develop production timelines and execute projects
- Performing quality control reviews to ensure shows meet broadcast standards
- Handling internal logistics to ensure shows and associated materials are delivered to the Traffic and broadcast ingest teams
- Liaise with corporate and third-party legal departments
- Shoot and edit original content for broadcast and digital
- Work with internal and external producers to develop strategic action plans to execute all aspects of a production

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years show producing
- A bachelor's degree in journalism, Broadcasting, Communications, or equivalent training/experience
- A resume reel is required
- Must be proficient with Adobe Premiere
- Must have knowledge of and experience working in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Audition
- Must have experience with video camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- Must be able to shoot and edit video
- Audio editing knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry production equipment including but not limited to tripod, camera, and lights
- Ability to produce content in the field independently
- Ability to prioritize and address multiple projects with varying production timelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills are a must
