WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with sales, account strategy, marketing & planning on pre sale RFP business.
• Create media plans in internal OMS and agency/client facing templates based on rate and inventory guidelines, client KPIs and packaging strategies
• Responsible for being an expert in Vox Media diverse lines of business and media product stack to match solutions with advertising objectives
• Provide proposal ideas, package solutions and distribution strategy based on client KPIs, lead times and deal margins
• Partner with Systems & Inventory team to make to make informed pricing and yield management decisions
• Coordinate calendars to schedule meetings and own status updates, providing an agenda along with follow up notes.
• QA proposal deliverables, and make sure all are delivered to the client on time.
• Work to gather the necessary information to provide sales and clients with well thought out answers and solutions to their questions and concerns throughout the sales process, from RFP receipt through to sale.
• Work with internal departments and within tools to align with proposals pitched.
• Partner with post sale teams to share pre sale intel to ensure a smooth transition to launch.

This job is remote. PAY TRANSPARENCY

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.

Salary Range

$60,000 — $75,000 USD
