Newsdesk Writer, DK Nation (Part Time)

WHO WE ARE

DK Nation, a collaboration between DraftKings and SB Nation, is developing into the premier destination for Daily Fantasy and betting content. We are seeking enterprising, self-starting, and experienced writers to build out our coverage across an assortment of professional and college sports.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking to fill a news desk as part of our team at DK Nation. Ideally, this person has strong knowledge of Major League Baseball as well as Collectibles (sports cards, etc). Strong knowledge of the following topics is also a plus: NFL, NBA, NHL, College Sports (men's and womens), Soccer, UFC, Boxing, Golf, F1, NASCAR and more. This person will be responsible for analyzing news as it impacts fantasy sports and sports betting .

WHO YOU ARE
• Can produce clean analysis on breaking news at a fast pace
• Have a basic understanding of how Twitter works
• Ability to do self-directed work without strict supervision

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This job is remote. We're dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all of our employees, and when we reopen, will require everyone who works from one of our offices to be fully-vaccinated against COVID-19. PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hourly range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.

Pay Range

$25 — $26.50 USD
