The VP, Marketing (TV) is responsible for partnering with the ECD-TV and EVP and General Manager of Vice TV in driving enterprise growth for the Vice TV Network and its affiliates. The VP, Marketing (TV) will be responsible (not limited) to integration across all paid, owned, and earned media for the Vice TV Network. A successful VP, Marketing (TV) will also be responsible for partnering with the Commercial team to drive awareness and engagement of Vice TV programs. This role will also function as the principal integration partner across our Entertainment (Vice TV) and News division, driving marketing programs that support our slate of programming across the US.

Responsibilities:
• Set marketing priorities across Vice TV Channels in consultation with the CMO and EVP & General Manager of Vice TV.
• Lead the team responsible for the global development and execution of strategic consumer and business-to-business marketing plans, brand campaigns, and corporate initiatives for Vice TV.
• Responsible for TV Marketing Strategy, management of the media relationship and subsequent partnerships with MediaLink, creative strategy and measurement.
• Responsible for managing O&O platforms across Vice TV.
• Partner with editorial and business leads on the development and activation of cross company initiatives ensuring full use of the VICE ecosystem to support key strategies, brand development and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the ECD and Brand Creative team to develop best-in-class creative assets that drive business goals for each LOB and elevate overall brand value.
• Develop and execute VICE TV marketing across all media, driving show positioning and campaign strategy to drive tune-in and ancillary revenue. Includes, liaising with General Manager and Show/Talent teams as well as A+E distribution marketing team.
• Manage the development of promotional partnerships with external marketing partners.

You have these:
• Experienced (US) TV Network marketer and able to demonstrate success in growing revenue and profit in a media context
• 10+ year's direct experience in the TV Network and Digital Media Industry
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to work independently yet be part of a focused team.
• Media and branded content experience at a senior level.
• Experience in business growth, leadership & team building with proven ability to lead and grow in a high-energy, results-focused environment.
• A high-performance focus, solid work ethic and a very hands-on nature, with a clear passion and energy for making things happen.
• Solid written/verbal communication & presentation skills.
• Impeccable personal integrity and business ethics.
• Experience with management of teams, includes coaching, mentoring and developing team members, performance management and oversight of financial and budgetary responsibilities.

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

Pay Range Details:

New York/California: 166,000 - 205,000 USD
Outside New York/California: 141,000 - 181,000 USD
