Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

The Senior graphic designer will be responsible of bringing creative ideas to life, come with visual concepts, and creating comprehensive design solutions that are visually appealing, clear, and engaging. He/She will be required to collaborate with the Creative Director and the design team and manage projects and timelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various design software and technologies, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and can technically deliver to printers, media companies and edit studios.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create unique and creative designs for a range of projects, including branding, packaging, print and digital assets.
• To get all input needed for creative process and challenge brief if needed.
• To ensure all design solutions adhere to brand guidelines and are of a consistently high standard.
• Create a visual concept and bring an idea visually to life.
• Is up to date in the newest developments in culture, art, technology, photography, film, advertising, fashion, music, food and Saudi culture.
• The ability to explain ideas clear and concise in a write up.
• Understands design 'do's and don't's'.
• Is professional and feels shared responsibility for overall company performance.
• Fast and efficient design work.
• Able to deliver technically.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be fluent in Arabic.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in design.
• Resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency & experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Proficiency and experience in Keynote and Google Slides
• Working knowledge of photography, layout and colour
