VICE x Creative Team
The Senior Creative is a conceptual, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player. An excellent storyteller and presenter, the senior creative can articulate ideas succinctly and compellingly.
Ultimately, the creative team (including you) is multifaceted and responsible for elevating and evolving the VICE Media Group's brand vision to develop co-branded partnership opportunities and proposals for our brand partners.
The creative team does a wide variety of work including but not limited to: developing custom content programs for brand partners, creatively integrating brand partners into VICE Media Group's franchises and editorial initiatives, and innovating on new content formats.
The team is highly creative, curious, and collaborative. We thrive in self-sufficiency and personal ownership overwork.
Role x You
You are a passionate Senior Creative looking to join our fast-paced team of creative problem solvers.
In the short term, you'll be developing proposals for our brand partners including various executions such as; editorial and photo features, social-first initiatives, and video series. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll work directly with other creatives and cross-functional teams to concept, develop, and present new brand partner ideas and programs. The Senior Creative will master the power and authenticity of Vice Media Group's voice to translate into impactful proposals and programs.
But after 6 months in this role, we will also challenge you to proactively workshop new ideas and branded content initiatives internally through the various stages of development.
After a year you'll grow to creative direct approved multi-layered branded projects - which include directing overseeing programs in post-process and managing junior creatives.
You have these:
• 5 - 7 years of spanning agency, digital media, or client experience focused on branded campaigns
• A strong portfolio or reel of work
• Strong presentation and copywriting skills
• Ability to take client briefs and translate them into a winning creative proposal
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; ideates quickly and creatively solve problems
We'd love if you also had these:
• Knowledge of and familiarity with Adobe Creative, Keynote, and Google Slides
• A deep understanding of the VICE Media Group's audience and contemporary culture
