Job Description
Role x YouVice Media Group seeks a motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our North America Accounts Receivable team. This position will support the Accounts Receivable Manager, NA to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the sales and billing process, guide other AR team members on processes, and proactively identify areas to improve and streamline billing processes.
Responsibilities:
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording accounts receivables' data
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered (including digital ad campaigns)
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
• Fill out vendor forms for potential/current clients so they make payment for invoices
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Work closely with billing other billing associates providing coaching/guidance
• Work closely with AR Manger on streamlining AR/Billing Processes
You have these:
• 3+ years of customer billing experience required
• Media industry or similar private company experience preferred
• Digital billing experience required
• Experience using NetSuite and/or Salesforce a plus
• Must have experience using cloud-based ERP system
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency

Pay Range Details:
New York/California: 70,000 - 75,000 USD
