Senior Analyst (FP&A)

VICE x Team

The Vice Media Group Finance team is seeking a detail oriented, hard-working, and driven Senior Analyst that will support financial planning and analysis for the Corporate team at Vice Media Group. This role requires an inclusive team player who will assist finance and business leaders in driving financial and transformation decisions.

Role x You

The Senior Analyst role provides an opportunity to work with & conduct analysis with key stake holders across the five business lines of the largest independent youth media company. You will support Corporate team efforts including annual budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, financial reporting and ad hoc financial analysis. Partner closely with key stakeholders across the five business lines to help maintain revenue forecasting for VMG. Assist to develop and maintain financial forecast for the business' and track key variance changes and opportunities in actual results vs. forecasts. You will support in analyzing and interpreting financial data; transferring that data into meaningful and focused information and reports to drive performance results and action.

Qualifications

You have these:
• Strong business acumen and capacity for fiscal responsibility
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, always looking dive into the figures and challenge the numbers
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other advanced reporting tool skills

We'd love if you also had these:
• BS/BA with a preferred major in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• 2+ years of Accounting/ Finance work experience
