Role x You
Vice is global opportunity that allows the NetSuite Support Customer Representative to be part of the largest Advertisement, Media, and Production customer of Oracle NetSuite. We offer the opportunity to be in the forefront of technology and deploy new processes, localization customization, and integrations across multiple platforms. The core responsibilities include resolving level 2 and 3 support tickets for all workstream especially Project to Delivery, Revenue Recognition, and Deferred Expense. Assist with script errors and work with the Solution Managers, Dell Boomi, Concur, and Salesforce Support to resolve. As part of the NetSuite core team, you will also be responsible to assist with biannual Release Preview testing, documenting technical and functional requirements for support tickets received that requires a new process .The individual selected for this role is the path to be the lead of NetSuite Support and a Jr. Solution Manager.
• 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
• 3+ Years of NetSuite experience
• Client facing / Customer service background
• NetSuite SuiteFoundations / NetSuite Administrative certification preferred
• Basic understanding of financial accounting principals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

• General knowledge of Record to Report, Project to Delivery, Delivery to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Deferred Expense
• APAC Localization and VAT Reporting
• General knowledge understanding Workflows and Scripts
• Google Suite and Microsoft applications
