Job Description

VICE is searching for an experienced NetSuite Developer that has extensive scripting experience and can serve as the point of contact for all NetSuite responsibilities and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have extensive NetSuite ERP/CRM experience and be able to work well in a cross functional setting.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs
• Working effectively with cross functional team members from Finance, IT and Business Operations to maintain functionality
• Help develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize platform
• Develop scripts, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, custom objects, and permissions
• Provide ongoing support and training to NetSuite users
• Utilizing Suitescript 2.x for customizations aligned with business processes
• Piloting tools, processes, and third party integrations to meet business needs
• Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development
• Refine and customize internal billing tools and methods
• Plan, review and manage change configurations and customization requests
• Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects
• Research and analyze application behaviors and improving performance and stability
• Provide internal ongoing support and coordination with outside consultants
• Coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity
• Configure and manage NetSuite to align to unique VICE business process requirements
• Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite

Experience Required:
• Experience with NetSuite Suitescript 2.x SDF
• 5+ years experience solutioning and using NetSuite
• 2+ years of building integrations using MuleSoft and Snowflake
• 3+ years experience in SuiteCloud which includes SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk to develop, test and deploy customizations.
• Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Eclipse (IDE for NetSuite), GitHub
• Must have development experience with Java, C# and VB.Net
• Experience in developing and consuming WebServices (SOAP and RESTful)
• Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience
• Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to evolve customer business processes based on leading practices
• Project and/or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of major business life-cycles in finance & sales
• Understanding of database structure and design

Preferred Education:
• SuiteCloud Developer II Certification Certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
