Job DescriptionAs a Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our marketing strategy. Your expertise in performance across multiple platforms will be instrumental in creating successful campaigns. Additionally, your exceptional reporting and analytical skills and strong communication abilities will contribute to our continued success.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Align online marketing and business objectives: Develop strategies aligning with the overall business goals and target audience to ensure effective campaigns.
• Utilize analytics and metrics: Leverage various technologies and tools to analyze campaign results, successes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive better results.
• Test and optimize campaigns: Conduct thorough testing of campaigns and continuously analyze key metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase campaign performance and ROI.
• Present actionable insights: Develop comprehensive analyses and present findings to stakeholders. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop web measurement strategies: Implement strategies to measure and track website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates. Use this data to inform optimization efforts and improve overall digital campaigns.
• Create reports and visualizations: Generate insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate campaign and website performance effectively. Use visual representations to highlight key metrics and trends.
• Monitor digital media trends: Stay updated on the latest digital media and marketing trends. Continuously monitor industry developments and incorporate relevant innovations into campaigns for better audience engagement.
• Communicate and present effectively: Maintain strong communication with colleagues, senior managers, and clients. Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Conduct market research: Perform thorough market research to understand target audience demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns. Utilize this data to define campaign requirements and create effective campaigns.
• Source audience data and feedback: Gather audience data and solicit client feedback to refine campaign targeting and messaging. Incorporate client preferences and insights into campaign development.
• Proofread advertising material: Ensure accuracy and quality of advertising material by thoroughly proofreading before launching campaigns. Maintain consistent brand messaging and adherence to campaign objectives.
• Coordinate campaign development and launch: Oversee the entire campaign development process, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Negotiate cost-effective deals: Engage with advertising sales agents to negotiate favorable and cost-effective deal structures. Optimize budgets while maximizing campaign reach and impact.
• Manage budgets and monitor ROI: Effectively manage campaign budgets and monitor costs in relation to ROI metrics. Track and report campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
• Build advertising networks: Establish and maintain a network of advertising agents and broadcasting networks. Cultivate relationships to ensure access to diverse advertising opportunities and partnerships.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies: Monitor audience and media trends, industry practices, and emerging technologies. Stay informed to adapt campaigns and leverage new opportunities for better results.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a media buyer or similar.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing across various platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic, financial, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in various advertising mediums.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, networking, and negotiation skills.
